Chick-fil-a - Belton

I come here a lot and they usually have my order right, but yesterday they forgot to give me the extra salat dressing I paid for.

This place is great! The chicken is fabulous and I love it that the kids also eat it happily. The only thing that I wasn’t too happy about was the fact that the food was not as hot as it should’ve been. We will definitely go back.

Usually there’s great service, but today (4/18/22 at 3pm) I asked for fries without salt, and the employee said it was not possible even though it has never been a problem. There was no rush so I don’t understand why she got an attitude when I asked for something so simple as fries without salt.

First they packed the bag so it was overflowing. The sandwiches fries and nuggets were cold. They wouldn't take cash, not that big of a deal but all this combined made it that more annoying. There is no way this food was nowhere near fresh. The only time I've been to chic Fila and it has been this bad. I'll never come back to this one, they obviously did not care about their jobs at all.

Ok it’s official, by far the worst chic fil a I’ve been to. I’ve tried them 3 times now. 2 out of 3 they were not friendly at all. This last time I order the sausage egg and cheese muffin …. It was disgusting. Old cold bread that usually would be toasted, the sausage tasted like soap and was pink on inside. I threw both away. How is it possible one of the best Christian chains in the country has the worst location located on a Baptist university. Hope something changes soon but this will unfortunately be the last time I eat at this one.
