The food is delicious obviously, I mean... it's Arby's lol. The lady who took our order was overwhelmed but patiently and thoroughly placed our order. We began talking with her at the drive through and asked how her day was and she lit up like the sun and became happy and engaging. Gave us extra straws and sauce. Service was decent but my order was wrong. Don’t have time or energy especially with traffic to go back to get it corrected. But when you order beef and cheddar, there should be cheddar especially when you’re paying more for it. View all feedback.
Itemized the order instead of the combos making it about $15 more. Didn't catch till I left. Drink were smalls when we requested and paid for larges. They said that was the largest they had. Arby's used to be so good. ?
Great food as always I love the friendly service and atmosphere as well. Been back to several locations due to the great food.
Worst lazy sandwiches I've ever had , ordered the 2 for 7 beef n cheddar , got 1 right and the other that was layed off on me had Arby's sauce on it ,
Would be zero stars if I could. Floors were sticky ,ketchup station was filthy, tables were dirty. Soda was flat , no tea available, ice machine wasn't working. Backdoor was wide open with nates and flies everywhere. Hair unrestrained on employees with long hair. 10/10 not coming
