Th... read more We visited the restaurant at the beginning of the year but, as we were invited, I cannot express myself on the Price/Quality ratio or on the price of drinks. The restaurant is outside Belp, near the airport and a bit difficult to locate. A GPS is very useful. The outside is very attractive, there is a beautiful terrace and, near the restaurant, a creek runs forming a pond with very clear, fresh water, an assured supply of fresh trout....Not always. The owner welcomes you at the door with a smile. Unfortunately French does not get you too far. English is a better choice to communicate and to place your order. The dining room is small and the atmosphere convivial. The deco is typical of a nice and good Swiss restaurant, as of former days. The portions are abundant and the food quality is good; only drawback, the Filet de Perche Meunière, swam in too much and not well defined sauce. Pity. In the case you choose this restaurant for the trout, it 's better to inquire in advance because it could be possible that the reserve is exhausted. It was our case. In conclusion, it is an address to be retained. If we are going to be in the region we 'll gladly try our chance again and taste the Truite au Bleu. Especially in summer.
