I tried my best to keep the space settings clean and not disturb them for the next guests, as we only have one ice. When I told the waitress that, she ignored me. my friend, who originally comes from bern, says d in bern german, I don't think she understands you. when the waitress with an extremely arrogant ton left in bern german, I don't speak English! I understand people who don't speak English, but friendliness has nothing to do with the language they speak especially when their food server. I would say the service was arrogant and rude and typically ignore it and it goes away behavior. absolutely terrible service!
