Customer service is very bad, I would never visit again and I will not recommend anyone.

The customer as always is extremely poor. I haven't been to kalugu for years and the service is the worst. the food was not seasoned and the crimped garlic roasted chicken was spoiled, which means that the chicken. more

Now I was there on my no birthday 26 mai 2022 and trust them our night was such a fun and we are glad that the birthday girl enjoys the team that worked at night was an amazing set especially the waitress. more

Racquel was absolutely AMAZING. The kitchen staff disgusts me! Why should I wait on steamed fish for 1 hr?! Send me what you have and the plantains is okay after. COMMUNICATION is key! Let me know, I dont bite! The entire table had their meal and I still had to wait even up to 45 mins no food... To make it worst NO MANAGERS were on site for me to speak to. All the kitchen staff were looking through the door when I was venting to Racquel that I no longer want the meal! SO UNPROFESSIONAL. You prepared the fish and had it siting and turn around wanting the girl to feel the blunt from your customers! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO NO ONE... Save your money and time!

My experience at kaluga Old Harbour wasn't a pleasant one. Was very much dissatisfied with my meal. Lobster was extremely salty. The meal was definitely a total turn off. I don't think I will dine there again.
