I recommend arriving early to beat the lunch rush and enjoy a wider selection of options.

The menu offered a great... read more We were thrilled to discover this restaurant, especially since finding well-balanced vegan options in Belize can be quite challenging. The menu offered a great variety of dishes, featuring an abundance of vegetables and protein, all of which were delicious and vegan. A plate with four different options cost just $8BZ, making it an excellent deal for a satisfying meal. I wish there was a spot like this in every town in Belize! Although the location initially seemed a bit out of the way, the walk from the central bus station leads you through a lovely park and into a pleasant neighborhood that includes a grocery store, tortilleria, library, and a nice park for enjoying your takeout. It’s definitely worth a visit! As for the vegetarian options, we enjoyed breaded eggplant in tomato sauce, stir-fried vegetables, bean empanadas, chow mein, and many other tasty dishes!
