Nice hotel in a building worth seeing the spa only regular. The sauna and the Turkish bath were not working.

Very good attention, very clean and attended. we were a group of 40 friends and everything turned out very well. the very kind employees. the spectacular hotel immerses you in history, with its Renaissance cloister and the remains of the baby's palace don juan manuel preserved to delight the traveler who knows how to appreciate it. I repeat.

We went a weekend and, despite the evaluations, we wanted to give you a special opportunity from the place where you are. the hotel itself is very nice and the rooms are spacious. However, we appreciate the abandonment of certain details such as the cleaning in the room (to the floor with dust in the corners, the cleaning of the careless bathroom. or the swimming pool that, besides not corresponding to the photos that appear here, is full of cacas and dove feathers (in 3 days we did not see that no one would pass to supervise or clean it. very basic breakfast and low quality but with variety. The bed is very comfortable. It's a shame they don't take care of these details anymore because the site deserves it.
