Steak 'n Shake - Belmont County

The food was fine, but the menu is very disappointing for someone who is trying to make better food choices (my husband wanted to eat here, not my pick . I hate the kiosk ordering, especially when people are stacked up waiting behind you. I hate having to scan a code to get a soda (what in the actual hell is that about? . There was no toilet paper in the ladies restroom. There were no clean tables and the trash receptacles were disgusting. We certainly won't return to this location.

Our order did not get called. After approx 40 min I approached the counter. Took them over 15 min to find our order. When order was finally called it was wrong (ordered no cheese on my burger) .Second time we have eaten at Steak-n- Shake in Saint Clairsville. We just moved to the area. First order was perfect this time not so much. What will the third time bring? Or will there be a third visit? Staff was nice but as confused as my husband and I were regarding our order.

The food is cheap delicious. I was greeted by tonya's beautiful face through the drive thru. She was polite and very welcoming and the milkshake I got was amazing. My client loved her western BBQ meal too!!!
