Long John Silver's Kfc - Belmont County

At one time, I couldn't wait to get Long John's... Today was my last day. This stuff was so bad, my cats walked away from it. Salty, greasy and the fish itself was super dry. Very disappointing.

Food was very greasy. More than other Long John Silver's. Took 25 min to get order and the place only had 2 other people (they were already eating)

I know times are rough but damn, I’ve had bigger fillets off of a blue gill. Thin, only 4 1/2 inches long, and more breading than fish. If it were any smaller, I might as well go buy me some frozen Gordons fish and cook it myself. Wife had the same problem with the chicken, thinner than usual and a lot smaller in size. Unfortunately, wife threw the receipt away so I could not complete a survey. ?Purchased on 02/20/24 at about 1pm.

The one in saint clairsville is the worst.and the people there. Wow...bottom of the barrel..

Had a terrible experience with Long John's in St Clairsville Ohio on Friday 11/10/2023. After ordering two fish dinners and paying for them, I was told to move forward and they would bring out my meals. After waiting 15 minutes the attendent broght me my order and was missing the second meal I ordered. When I told her what I was missing, she said she would bring it right out. I waited another 15 minutes for the missing dinner. I explained to her that this is very poor service and by now my meal is cold. I asked for a refund and she got very hostile stating they were really busy, and claimed I would have to drive arround to the window to request a refund. I drove off and threw the entire order in the garbage because of it being nasty. I will never be back....
