Guy cooking had very shaggy long hair all around his face. Backward facing ball cap far back on head. Handled frozen food with his bare hands taking out of freezer and putting into fryer. Counter service very nice.

Ordered thru the drive thru. Good food. The workers were very polite and friendly!

Perfect road trip stop. Clean bathrooms, friendly staff, delicious food curly fries were hot and crispy. On point!

First off it took us 15 minutes to get our order taken and after we got the food there was a hair in the sandwich they never offered to refund the meal or compinsate for the mishap they just shrugged and took the sandwich back and replaced it. I get it workin with food mistakes happen sometime but not a single person working was wearing a hear net I don't think this is very sanitary and if I wouldn't have seen the hair sticking out of the food I would've eaten it. Get it together Arby's

Employee said they don’t open until 11 AM as I sat and waited. Google and Arbys site says the place opens at 9 AM. Looks like to me they were to busy outside smoking cigarettes not getting anything ready
