I just had a great experience with Wendy's manager. I asked for an extra drink and instead of stopping the ride through the line, so I can pay, he gave it to me for free. This made a great experience not only for me, but the entire line of cars behind me, as they no longer had to wait for their food. Kudos to him for his quick thinking and strategic approach with customer experience. View all feedback.

Wendy's is Wendy's unless he's attached to a gas station. At least the nice lady who took our order was pleasant and helpful. Fries were muddy and our order was not quite right, but I only have $20 for lunch for four while on the road home. View all feedback.
The only place to eat after 9. Drive-thru was packed. How long it was, it went fast. The food was decent.

Super fast! The staff laughed and seemed happy! They celebrated the speed they get customers in and out of the car! Nice to see this! Look at all the staff! The food was hot and fresh! Thanks team!!!
Shannon was very friendly in the window and made sure that my order was correct. Service was fast and servers were polite. The best Wendy’s I was in a while.
