Peet's Coffee - Belmont

Charged for iced lemon loaf and then later when reminded said they dont have it. Why charge? Was asked if there is something else they can get me (this was after a long wait and after I asked about the status of the loaf) I said No and the guy just stared at me. No mention of refund. I walked off without a refund. Shame on you folks! Not coming back here. And keep the change as a 2022 donation.

I've been searching for the best matcha latte on this earth for ages. I've traveled through the wartorn lands of Japan, the expanse of the Pacific ocean and the entire central valley of death only to discover that the perfect matcha latte made by the hands of that one girl who works there at Pete's coffee. My eyes teared at the taste of perfection, my once depraved taste buds were dead.....now they have been shocked back to life with a rich antioxidant blast of pure fresh green and clean caffeine. I recomend the matcha with almond milk.

Euna who works at this location is so nice. I always appreciate her kindness and well-wishes. It's wonderful to see the same person every time I come in, and friendly peeple is something I value. Please work hard to keep her (if staying signs with her interests of course ; . It's a fairly small location with limited seating. They work fast (especially Euna to keep eveything moving efficiently and to get people on their way quickly. This is a location I'll keep coming back to. I'm enjoying a variety of drinks from Peets these days. Cold brew with oat milk and brown sugar jellies has been an unusual and fun change from the iced lattes...I know it's winter but there's heat in the office so iced drinks still taste good. The Black Tie cold brew is a long-time favorite of mine also.

Chi Tea was a bit thin on flavor but the shot of espresso I added to it worked.

This Peet's location is on the smaller side, with only a few tables situated around the central coffee making area. The tables and chairs are close together, making it less than ideal for intimate conversations as you may find yourself seated closely to neighboring customers.
