My husband and I passed through town and had an absolutely delicious meal. I can't recall the name of the dish, but it included prime rib, chicken, shrimp, and vegetables, all hot and spicy! The Dancing Rabbit Vodka margarita made our recent visit to El Jimador one of the best experiences we've had! We've been dining there regularly for over a decade, and they have consistently provided great food and service.
The margaritas were fantastic, and the fajitas for two were enough to serve three people, with the meat being top-notch. We truly appreciated it. The servers checked in on us frequently, but it wasn't bothersome at all. Overall, it’s a wonderful place, and I highly recommend it to everyone.
