Sportcafe Seiler - Bellwald

I went first to hire a bike for my two weeks stay in the Wallis, but came back several times for coffee and cake. The service is extremely friendly and the cakes are delicious. The shop is very well sorted with walking shoes and clothing...in a spacious area. I found a pair of walking shoes on my first visit and wore them every day. The village of Ernen is stunning and on the cafe's patio, you feel like you are in the perfect spot.

Of the three days we were in the area, we drove to Sportcafe for breakfast both mornings and almost thought about ordering sandwiches to take with us for lunch. The food was absolutely delicious and incredibly fresh! The waitress was lovely and very attentive, she...welcomed us with a smile our second morning at the cafe. We ordered the museli which was perfect topped with fresh fruit, as well as the brunch platter for which was out of this world! Multiple coffees, waters, a side of eggs, our meal was swiss franks, which made this meal not only our favorite breakfast in Swizterland but also our most reasonably priced meal.
