Unfortunately the place i... read more This is a Caffe/Pasticceria with a great tradition and superbly located in the main square. The coffee is good and so were the gelati. Unfortunately the place is run by a lady, possibly the owner, who was extremely and embarrassingly rude with employee and customers.

Called in to one Caffe/bar to have a Campari Spritz, which was enjoyed. This place did not do food and they were getting ready to close up, so we moved a little further along the 'caffe row ' in the main square Piazza Dei Martiri to Caffe Manin. Still being reasonably full from pranzo, we each opted for a salad, in theory being lighter and healthy eating, along with a nice glass of prosecco. Our chosen salads were Greca, Mediterranean, and Pasta Freddy. Turned to be a good choice, and we were very happy with our salads which were all good portions and tasty. The usual condiments were also supplied by efficient friendly waitress. We recommend Caffe Manin for a good light meal and drinks.
