This Baskin-Robins USED to be good, with decently-intelligent staff that spoke fluent English. Now, the new staff barely understand basic ice cream market terms (like toppings which isn't some made-em-up word, but a KNOWN term for anything that goes on icecream, used for DECADES! My friend really enjoys this place. They offer great menu options and the restaurant is always bustling with customers.

The bathroom and tables were extremely clean, and the coffee was fresh as well!
The girl at night had her friends at the drive thru and refused to serve. The other guy with her said nothing.

Afrim, as nice as she is, is perhaps the worst one: She's slow-witted, forgetful (she constantly got my orders wrong), and barely knows typical ice cream lingo (like toppings I am NEVER coming back to this Baskin-Robins EVER AGAIN, until they can hire somebody... better!
