we really enjoyed this eating....Authentic indian fair. the waitress was really nice and helpful. she is a vegan and gave recommendations and knew exactly what was vegan and ingredients of everything that was questionable like kokoschai (not vegan.) the samosas were the best I ever tried. I recommend both the chana masala and aloo gobi. View all feedback.
What Tony Thomas doesn't like about Taste Of India:
Yesterday, we visited this restaurant for some takeout food which included pulao rice, chilli chicken, fish, and chicken pakoras. Unfortunately, the food was extremely disappointing. I have never had such poor quality dishes from an Indian restaurant before. I would not recommend this place to anyone. View all feedback.
This place is AMAZING! It’s the best, most superb Indian food in this city, out of all of the Indian places I’ve tried, and my Dad has taken me to Indian places since I was around 9 years old. Mike and Kamal and the whole staff are the nicest, most approachable people that work in this type of setting. This comfortable and inspirational setting is unique, complete with music and Indian-based movies. I never want to leave! I am forever coming here, and I will be sad if I ever move. It’s also right near Ross, Marshalls’s, and the Dollar Tree. Thank you for all that you do! This is my most important review to date!
My boyfriend and I went here today for lunch and LOVED it. I ordered the butter chicken, and he got the fish biryani with cod and both were very delicious! The prices are very reasonable and the portion sizes seem small but once you start eating they are very filling. The staff was very kind, and someone from the back (maybe the owner? even came out to check on us and gave us some free dessert! The mango juice is amazing as well. I cannot recommend this place enough, you will not be disappointed if you go here for some food!
WOW! So I'm really weird about trying new places, but this place was the BEST experience I've ever had. The staff/owner was genuinely super friendly, kind, and generous. I felt like royalty! The restaurant was clean and OH MY WORD. Their coconut chai tea and buttered chicken were so good I couldn't believe it was real. Thanks to this place, I love Indian food and will be going back every chance I get. The prices were good too! Fantastic food, fantastic service, fantastic all around. If you're thinking about giving them a shot, do it! No pictures because I was way too busy stuffing my face to take any photos.
Loved eating here during our visit to Bellingham. They don't have Dine in services, but you can order the food and walk across the street to the tables right next door. The food itself was mild and we'll prepared. We ordered biriyani and some paneer /Malai kofta curries.
Absolutely the best experience for dinner here. Fantastic food, kind and attentive staff, and the owner came out with an unexpected appetizer dish on the house. All of the flavors are delicious, and the naan is just right! This is my favorite Indian food restaurant in town.
