Moe's Southwest Grill - Bellingham

I went to this restaurant with my partner for dinner two weeks ago. During our meal, I found a small piece of metal in my chicken dish after taking three or four bites. The restaurant denied that it came from their kitchen, so I had to file a complaint with the company and then on Twitter to get a response. Ultimately, only the singular items in our order were refunded, assuming that nobody else had eaten any of the food after the incident was reported.

I have been coming to Moe's for their Burrito Monday for almost a year now. The staff is fantastic and the service is top-notch. Mondays have become my favorite day of the week thanks to my weekly burrito fix at Moe's.

I recently had lunch with my family at this restaurant and unfortunately, we had a negative experience. It was evident that they were understaffed as we waited a long time to place our order and receive our food. The employees seemed unhappy and were wearing headphones, which gave off a lack of hospitality. Additionally, we found that the soda fountain machine was almost out of all drink options. We informed an employee, who attempted to fix the issue but seemed to have difficulty. We were disappointed that we were not warned about the limited drink selection before purchasing, and there was no offer to substitute with something else. It was disappointing overall.

Kids need a job yes but you shouldn't leave a bunch of kids working all by themselves they need an experienced worker to help if needed. I went there and asked for the homewrecker with carnitas and the young girl looked at me like I had ten heads. That's not so bad but they didn't mark which burrito had what so when I got home I had to cut it which we usually eat it whole because it's huge and packed . Come on guys , I won't go back there now.

This is literally the highlight of my lunch day today. Not only are they friendly and personable but their attention to cleaning and making sure everything is in order is amazing. Only my second time here but will definitely be back, especially at this location!
