The buffalo wings were tasty, and the pizza was nice, though it could use a bit more sauce. One issue I noticed was that the prices were misleading. For instance, the website states that a small cheese pizza is $6.25, while the menu lists it as $7.00. However, I was charged $8.50. Additionally, my wing dinner was charged $3 more than expected. I ordered a turkey pocket to go, but when my wife and I arrived to pick it up, we decided to stay and eat there instead. When I explained this to the woman at the counter, she became visibly upset and expressed her frustration. She seemed to think that she wouldn't receive a tip, which was surprising to me because I always tip, even on takeout orders! After paying and not eating, I left the food behind, as I couldn't believe how rude she had been.

However, I was disappointed to find that the prices listed on their website do not match what they actually charge. For example, the steak tip salad is shown as $10.00 online but costs $14.95 in reality. When I brought this up to the woman at the counter, she explained that prices had increased but the website and takeout menu had not been updated. Unfortunately, she was very rude and I overheard her speaking about my friend and me to the kitchen staff after I raised the issue. She also said she does not set the prices. Because of this poor service, I will not be returning to Mak’s. I’m giving two stars because the food was good, but the service was lacking.

This location?s hours are TERRIBLE: they are something like this:Anight with a 9pm closing is 6:30 pm,10pm is 8pm closing!! The manager is LAZY!
