Jt's Smokin' Bbq - Bellingham

I spent the morning relaxing in the work van and built up quite an appetite. I decided to stop by this place and ordered a brisket sandwich, and wow! It was the best BBQ I've had in a long time! Great job, everyone! #SmokeMeatNotMeth

Everything was incredible! The only downside is that you need to place your order a day in advance, as they tend to sell out. The brisket was so tender it practically melted in my mouth, and the coleslaw was absolutely delightful!

I always get the BBQ Bowl and this time I got two Jalapeno Poppers.DO NOT MISS OUT ON THESE! Cream cheese filled jalapenos wrapped in bacon and SMOKED! I've never had smoked cream cheese...changed my life...
