What Judah Hyatt doesn't like about Cascade Pizza:
Service was awesome; friendly and fast! Pizza is done in almost a deep-dish style with a puffy crust and toppings below the cheese. It is not a saucy pie, but the cheese was done perfectly: a bit of a crust with a chewy, stringy pull. The crust itself was a little disappointing and kind of bland which is why it lost stars. A true Bellingham treasure. I've been coming to this resturant for many a year. In my 20's we would stop after theatre rehearsal, I'm now 60. They have a wonderful menu, offering the most delicious food. The Staff really treats you like family. Very friendly and helpful. I will also add, they are really good at accommodating large groups.
