Norms Restaurants - Bellflower

A good time with Norm's! GREAT service and excellent vibe every meal we have. Since March 2012 I have been driving regularly for 6 years as I host karaoke in the New Wave Bar on the other side of the street and had many meals after my show in the hours of the morning and with this excellent Norm's coffee much more than I would like to admit.

I was there yesterday and saw the most friendly staff, attentive with excellent customer service. The manager was actually cleaning tables together with the other employees does not make it to get his hands dirty. He was involved in ensuring that customers get in and out efficiently. The food was delicious. Although it is far from where I live, I would go back just because of the fantastic teamwork of employees who treat more like family.

Greatest Family Restaurant in America. Better then Dennys. Can't wait until the Inglewood and Carson locations opening soon....

I really enjoyed my meal, but I had an issue with the bill. When I approached the floor manager, he quickly processed the payment without asking if I wanted to use my rewards. He mentioned that there was nothing he could do about it since the charges were already applied to my card. This is frustrating, especially because my rewards are set to expire on Saturday, and I could have saved $7.99.

Without a doubt, this is the best Norms, and it’s the only one I will visit.
