Visits 9/4/2022 The whole food was BLAND. Tested like NO SEASONING was added to ANY OF THE FOOD. The chicken, beans and RICE, Mash potatoes and Gravy and the Coleslaw was UUUGH!!!! I talked to Mrs. Jessica. She seemed less concerned with the complaint. I don't want to say I'm NOT going to be SOON. NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO I'm going where I'm estimated not tolerated.???????? I love to come to this place because, although I am closer to Lakewood blvd, they always say customers will wait 30min. So we're just coming to this place.
For someone who likes to train Pollo Loco is Top Tier I would generally recommend this place (you serve fresh chicken all the time;
There are 3 pollen locos near my house, but I will get the distance to this place. The place is always clean, the staff is super friendly and professional and their guacamole salsa is always the perfect consistency. All the other places I notice will water their salses. I pict a double chicken tostada salad. They really pack it in contrast to other places. In any case, you will come to this place!!!
The food was very good. I had a coupon and saved 6 dollars. Made it even better
