Unfortunately, there w... read more I recently visited this restaurant and ordered an iced Caramel Craze latte without cinnamon (due to my allergy) and with extra sweetness. Unfortunately, there was some confusion at the drive-thru, and my drink came out as just milk with flavor shots. However, Kimberly, the employee making the drinks, went above and beyond by remaking it twice to ensure it was perfect for me. I really appreciate her effort to get it right. I don't usually write reviews, but this experience meant a lot to me. Thank you again, Kimberly!

Thank you team on Friday September 29th 11:00 AM. Even though I waited a little longer today the customer service made it not so bad.

The staff seemed more focused o... read more I visited a restaurant located at 17404 Bellflower Blvd in Bellflower, CA, and unfortunately had a poor experience this morning. The staff seemed more focused on chatting among themselves than attending to customers. My Uber order, which consisted of a donut and a drink, took 20 minutes to prepare. After waiting so long, I requested a refund, and instead of processing a credit, the cashier charged me again. Now, both charges are pending on my account. I hope they resolve this issue soon, as I do plan to return, but it won’t be a pleasant visit if this isn’t fixed.

Sometimes mista... read more Dunkin' Donuts service is honestly amazing. Each associate always takes care of the customer. All the times I'm here I always get taken care of. Sometimes mistakes are made but they always catch it and fix it. Sometimes the mistake is more of a blessing. Sometimes I ask for their favorite order and I haven't tried anything I don't like. Food is classic and if you catch them before closing sometime a good night snack. Classic donut or bagel bites are must. Snackin bacon is good if you love bacon.For moments alone I tend to come in and do a bit of work on my laptop or study . It's not as pack as Starbucks and the ambiance is quite and not as loud as it would be at packed coffee shops Over all Dunkin' Donuts is underrated
