I come to French Bakery every time I visit the Crossroads Mall. Each experience brings new flavors and an option to try something new. Last time I tried her Madeleines and they were great. Together with that, I had a cappuccino that was well paired with the sweet. The bitter sweet combination of coffee and pastries is well made here. You have a good selection of crepes and I will try them the next time I get back. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The French Bakery Crossroads Bellevue:
Their dark chocolate mousse was the circular foil and has a lot of mouse. Now it has become a chocolate cake slice that has no more mousse in it. Very sad. They are not the same View all feedback.
I'll come here once a month. The service is missing, but the pastries are good. There is a self-order kiosk or you can order ahead or wait in line. There is a reward system based on the spent amount of $1 per point. The ham and cheese croissant is much more beautiful than Starbucks. The Croissant here is quite buttery. It reminds me of St.Honore Portland. The Lorraine Quiche bacon) is decent. I usually heat the quiche and pastries at home. see pictures, so the quiche looks more tormented. The croissants are never warm in the center. The salmonquiche and the nutella bake remained very little to wish. I'd pass the coffee. I tried the latte, cold brew and mocha. They were average. I'd go somewhere else at the price. The only drink that is a lot is Thai iced tea. I always have Thai iced tea here instead of Thai restaurants nearby. With the drinks I find that the beverage modification requests are not honoured. I wish they put the lid on the drink instead of making customers it, because not everyone has this mobility. This place has no Wifi. If it does, it is not obvious. The place is small, so not good for big groups. The interior seats are about 10 people comfortable. This place could sit about 15-18 people, but then there are many people standing near the table and waiting for their stuff. There is bar top seat that fits 3 chairs, but it is close to the tables. You have about three tables outside. There are no heated lamps outside. Parking is pretty easy. There is a large parking lot.

You are located in a shopping center, so parking is not a problem. You open at 7 a.m., a wide selection of candy and delicious pastries. Good coffee, friendly service and good mood. There are indoor and outdoor tables. My first time here they seemed to have local regular guests.
This bakery had many options of yummy goods. Their vanilla latte with oat milk was really sweet. But the salmon quiche was wonderful.
