Sugar Factory Bravern (bellevue)

Marched just before our 6:00 reservation and we were set immediately. it was the lowest. service. we just got out at 8:15 a.m., seriously over 2 hours for a table of 5, just dinner and half a megasonne. no drinks, no apps, restaurant was not even busy. I hid my frustration from my daughter as it was her birthday, but never will come back. eating was moderate, but again, absolutely painful service.

We arrived shortly after they opened at noon, and the floors, tables, and chairs still had food particles on them. It was clear that they hadn't been cleaned since the previous day, or possibly even longer.

Fiancé's birthday everyone got eat there and they never came to tell them that they would see what was going on, but nothing that everyone was done if they wanted to check back in her, was said if I still wanted to in a box! felt so bad for her to eat chick felt a shy for her eating.

We waited 45 minutes before anyone took our drink order. During the entire 2.5 hours we were there, no other tables received their meals either. Eventually, we got an overcooked cheeseburger. It seemed like there was no staff managing the tables, and we didn’t see a manager at all.

We visited for a birthday dinner and had to wait about 30 minutes before receiving any service. The food was quite bland and not worth the price, and the drinks were overly sweet and expensive. It was a decent one-time experience, but I don’t think I would return unless someone really wanted to go.
