I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. Despite being the only customer in line, it took 20 minutes for my order to be taken. The employees seemed to take forever to acknowledge me, whether there was a line or not. I would not recommend this place, as the service was very slow. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
The service at this restaurant is incredibly slow. Despite ordering online and paying in advance for a 7:10 pickup time, I waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes. When I got to the window at 7:40, my order still wasn't ready. The lobby was closed due to "short staff" but I saw at least three employees working. It's absurd. I recommend avoiding this Subway if you don't want to wait half an hour for a sandwich. View all feedback.
I'm not sure why we keep going back to thos place other than it one of the healthy choices close by. I assure you if they don't get their act together we will not. While we 100% understand staffing shortages as I myself work in retail, there is no excuse for rude belligerent employees when your customers are being patient and kind. On this visit there were only 2 other guests and 3 staff members. It took close to 30 minutes from start to finish of our experience and the 2 ahead only each had one sandwich. The guy in front was so irritated he handed them a 20 and left without change because he was in a hurry. We then stood there waiting for 2 of them to figure out how to make change and what to do with it. The visit before this my wife's wrap was covered in some sort of red sauce and had onion stuck to the outside of it we assume from workers dirty gloves. I had specifically stated to him to make sure no onions were on hers as I saw veggie bins were all mixed from throwing food around. She has a bad reaction to them. She threw her sandwich away.
This is the absolute worst subway I've ever been at. I barely got any meat on my sandwiches and nothing was portioned like it was supposed to be. Their ice machine was broken and their pop was warm. Location is not clean. I will not be back.
I dined in and had the worst experience I've ever had at a subway. The sandwich crafter had the rudest attitude and was constantly walking away from the front counter. I kid you not she would ask what I wanted on my sandwich, and go joke around in the back with the other workers! Completely unprofessional. On top of that there was a daycare being ran in the dine in area BY THE WORKER!!! I had to clean off my own table from how dirty it was. I REFUSE to ever come back to this location.
Typical Subway Club toasted. I do wish they would bring back the Tomato Basil wrap. Being diabetic, the lower carbs of the Tomato wrap was ideal for my diet .
My sister Emily placed an order tonight at 7:25pm and online it said it would be ready at 8pm. We arrive at 8pm and the lobby was closed so we went through the drive-thru. No big deal. Right when we got to the window the lady asked us if italian herbs and cheese bread was fine because she was out of white bread. We let her know we didn't order white bread in our order in the first place. She closes the drive-thru window and comes back 15 minutes later. Why didn't she ask who the order name was under? She tried giving us an order that was for someone named Mickey. Our food wasn't even made. She made us wait another 15 minutes and we didn't get our food until 8:30. No apology, no nothing. First and last time that I come to this location.
