All I can say is eat the rice and beans. The rice is so goood. I hate it's 6$ for a cup but still good and you can half and half it. I suggest to ask for 2/3 rice and 1/3 beans. AMAZING because it's seasoned and moist. I ordered the quesobirria. Not really impressed. Service is always nice and friendly so that always makes food taste better. The tomatillo salsa is also really good. I haven't tried a burrito yet but I... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Seor Taco:
I cannot understand why this place has such a good rating. The only reason I gave 2 stars(not one) is friendly service. But I came there for food, and the “burrito” I got was among the worst I’ve had.The “rice” inside was overcooked and tasted like tasteless substance. Didn’t get how they cook chicken, it felt like it was warmed in a microwave(not 100% sure though). Also I specifically ordered their “senor” burrito b... View all feedback.
I really don't understand why this restaurant has such high ratings. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is due to the friendly service. However, I came for the food, and the "burrito" I received was one of the worst I've ever had. The rice inside was overcooked and had no flavor at all. The chicken seemed like it had just been microwaved, though I'm not completely sure. I specifically ordered the "senor" burrito because it was supposed to include sour cream and cheese, but my burrito had neither. I usually prefer local restaurants over chains, but honestly, a burrito from Chipotle or Qdoba is much better and costs about 50% less, even with tips included.
This is the best place to enjoy authentic Mexican tacos and quesadillas. I'm from Cuernavaca, Morelos, known for its tacos, and I never thought I would find a place in Washington that would make me crave them this much. Additionally, Ricardo, the manager, is incredibly kind and respectful, and it's evident that he truly loves providing excellent service to his customers.
If cleanliness is important to you when selecting a restaurant, you might want to think twice about this one. The restroom had an unpleasant smell and was not very clean. This family-run establishment lacks air conditioning, although there is a fan in the dining area. The atmosphere is quite laid-back—you place your order at the front counter, pay, and are expected to clean up after yourself at your table. While there aren’t many Mexican dining options in Bellevue, this restaurant meets a need, but in terms of quality, the meat at Chipotle appears to be better.
Came here for the talked about Carne Asada Fries. The way this place does it is have cheese all the way in the bottom. Not a fan of having to dig for food stuck to melted cheese at the bottom of the tray, especially with plastic forks. Food and salsa was OK. Got it to-go, box/portion is small. Definitely would ask for more salsa since they only provide 2 tiny ones. For adding extra guac it’s another $4. Total was $20 tip. Service was awesome. Worth a try, not sure if I’d go back.
We just moved here from Texas have been looking for a taco spot, we’ve definitely found it here! The meat on the tacos is delicious, full of flavor, fresh, and filling. We have also ordered the quesadilla nachos and the servings were enormous, enough to take home leftovers.Service was great and the atmosphere is comfortable. We will obviously be back.
