Pizza Hut - Bellevue

None of the pizzas we ordered were good, and the one that was delivered was not what we had expected. We were very disappointed with the quality of the food and the fact that our order took an hour to arrive, despite living less than five minutes away from the restaurant.

I order something from here and last time! I usually go to the lavista area and I will not make this mistake again! I waited for 15 minutes, but while I was waiting, I saw that 3 co workers came out of the kitchen, I saw that they went back to the kitchen and nobody came out to acknowledge me! if you were busy, you can kick out and say we were really cheated and so on and I would understand and wait. also saw 2 suppliers and them where in a hurry, so I really don't count them. but 3 co workers at different times did not tell me! even while I waited 10min in another customer came and waited! we both got to hear the job interview and kill us! I told her we should go, but she had a family waiting for her. I worked in fast food, so I would understand if they were busy! my witness was ready and was in there heating through the register! I came home, eating was ok, nothing amazing or hot and I won't use it again! when someone actually acknowledged me, I told him and he said he didn't know, and he trained someone this time!

This is in position. I am not a bad criticism to leave, but I am very disappointed in this franchise we have a contract for almost $50 and only half delivered. I called to try to get my other articles or a refund, and these people are not interested in fixing my order, they only answer to their order and when they ask for a manager, they put them in the stop as long as it gives up for them and hang up. I try to call several times and finally they began to refuse my calls.

Ordered the big box deal and it came super fast and was super fresh! we had to wait for it to cool. in any case will be ordered again from here.

I ordered pizza at 4pm today and it showed it would be here at 610 and it is still not here. And have been calling for an hour and half and the phone is busy. Where is my pizza?
