4.5 stars, so I’m rounding up. The food is delicious. The service is friendly and responsive but not all servers have the same level of trainings about menu items, especially wine. Translation: Don’t come here for the wine or beer. Come here for the fast, friendly service of a variety of affordable Vietnamese foods. Portion sizes are generous. I will definitely eat here again look forward to trying new items.
What Ora Bode doesn't like about Pho Ever:
pho was good, but the early roll wasn't. the erdnuss sauce was not good either. I ordered a small pho and got a big plus, both the pho and spring rolls are overpriced. service was not good or friendly. never came to see how I did, no serviettes and no refill for water. View all feedback.
I had their Bún bò Huế and my guest had the Phở. Good service (attentive) and fast even during lunch hour. I’m used to more variety in what is in my Bún bò but the content of the bowl differs wildly from restaurant to restaurant (more is not necessarily better). The soup was very good and not over-the-top spicy. I will be visiting Phở Ever again, soon!
I had Pho and it was amazing!!! I loved it. My kids had the chow mein and fried rice it was delicious. We had more than enough to take back to the hotel. I recommend this amazing restaurant Plus, great service. The parking just sucks. But the food DEFINITELY makes up for it

Solid pho in Bellevue! I've passed by Pho Ever for so long, and finally decided to check it out for lunch on a Saturday.
Last few times I was here there was an awful pounding on the ceiling that went on for 30 min to an hour straight.
