Mox Boarding House - Bellevue

The food at Mox is quite good for a restaurant that also has boardgames available. It can get crowded due to frequent events, so parking and seating may be limited. However, you can always choose to sit in the restaurant and play games while you dine.

I highly recommend this restaurant. It truly deserves its five-star rating. The staff exceeded expectations - they were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and efficient. The restaurant was clean, organized, and suitable for both small and large groups (we had 9 people in our party). The food was delicious and they had a fantastic variety of games to enjoy. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

Will change to a 5-star review when Carne Asada Fries go back on the menu. I promise. And I’ll take better pictures of it as well. Just please bring the carne asada fries BACK. Please. It’s been over a year, maybe 2. When I first went to Mox 2 years ago I got these and was instantly in love. And we had a great hostess (Courtney- she has since moved to AZ) imagine my heartbreak when I learned you change menus every so often and the carne asada fries weren’t on the menu anymore. There is no where else I can get such wonderful carne asada fries. Seriously. We stopped going as often because of this. Actually, I check the menu every time before deciding to go or not depending on if they are back on the menu. I even check the Seattle location. No dice. Carne Asada fries have really impacted my life. My boyfriend also misses them. Please bring them back.

This place is amazing! The bar behind a bookshelf swinging door, the fresh food, the large gaming area and the large shopping area are all fantastic. I could have spent all day exploring the place, and was bummed I was driving as the alcohol looked and sounded amazing.
