OMG! For a Texan girl, I couldn't be any happier to finally give in to a food truck I recently discovered driving home from an appointment in Bellevue. The service was great-meaning friendly and greeted with smile when I ordered at the window. I ordered a burrito con avodaba (marinated pork) that was amazing! All the flavors were combined with a hint of spiciness with the jalapenos; the pork flavor was so tasty, alon... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about El Maestro Del Taco:
The food was not bad. I didn't like the tacos, they were a bit bland for me, the quesadilla was good. Maybe the tacos are not my thing but that's okay.I asked for a spicy sauce which was just way too spicy, and I can eat spicy. This sauce just tasted like it was chilli powder in liquid form. Maybe that's how it is supposed to be. Otherwise it's alright if I want to get a quick bite to eat. It's at a convenient locati... View all feedback.
This is my favorite taco spot in the area, and you definitely need to check it out if you're nearby! I bring all my friends here, and they are always really impressed with the food. The service is incredibly friendly, which is another great bonus. It's a must-visit! Food: 5/5
This is my favorite Mexican food truck. The burritos are delicious and have just the perfect level of spice for my taste. I always order the lengua, but everything they serve is fantastic. Pair it with a bottled Coke, and it makes for the perfect lunch. Food: 5/5.
This is the perfect representation of a taco truck experience: welcoming staff, delicious food, and a variety of traditional snacks and drinks available in the refrigerator at the order counter. You can enjoy your meal under the picnic canopy or take it to go. The only downside is the parking, but they manage to make it work. Rating for food: 5/5.
After several visits over the past few months, I've only tried their vegetarian options. The service has been reliable; even during busy times, the staff is quick and we've always received exactly what we ordered. However, the food has become average and its quality seems to be diminishing. Previously, their burritos and tacos included fresh onions and grilled vegetables, but that’s no longer the case. Now, they primarily consist of rice, beans, and a touch of cabbage with cheese. There are no fresh fajitas or onions anymore. The highlight, though, is definitely their spicy red salsa.
Great food and even better staff. Ordered my food wrong and they fixed it without an issue. The tacos and the burrito were some of the best I've had. I will definitely come back to this place.Food: 5/5
