from the house door, next to 100’s cigarette shrub directly at the house door to any window at the place, were they never cleaned? you can't see in or out. the rear play area is disgusting, the floorings in the restaurant are dirty, as most tables were not wiped and there were no more than 5 people at the place. the trüffelburger tasted like a blandstück hamburger. the pommes weren't bad. the South Burger was also te... Eating was very good. the service was slow due to the lack of servering.

Service was slow and unknowledgeable. Food was terrible, Cook didn't have a clue sending out burned meatloaf and after sending back I get back the same plate with cold sides and a big chunk of meatloaf missing from the center. Manager Chris was excellent and immediately comped entire bill
We had reservations for 10 people, and we called multiple times to let them know we were running 15 minutes behind. When someone, very stressed out not friendly, picked up he proceeded to tell us that ALL Open table reservations are voided since they have no access to their reservation system. That was 10 minutes before our reservation time. Absolutely the worst service and response to something that the restaurant should control. That was a prom dinner almost ruined, but thanx to last minute maneuver we were able to save the night. I Don't recommend this place to anyone...go somewhere else.
Super fun place for the kids. The host was pleasant but the service was poor- there were only two floor staff that we noted, and we had to flag down someone anytime we needed something. The food was not great and was not worth the high price of our dinner.
