Although we chose t... read more The food was good, but the customer service was unacceptable. Our waiter brought us the bill and bluntly asked us to leave cash for the tip. Although we chose to leave cash despite this rude request, when he came back to collect the bill, he only glanced at it for a moment before turning around and asking, "Where's the tip?" I would advise against dining at this restaurant, as it seems clear that others have also experienced issues with the service.

He came and took our tea cups away and after that we never saw him since because others were serving us. We ordered through our phones and his co worker(s) served us. At the end i asked for a check and he came to give it to us and I gave no tip because i couldn?t justify what i was tipping for and he chase me down to ask for tip. very unprofessional and i felt pressured and violated. food was okay i had better.

Social distancing was in effect and they were at maybe 40% capacity. All the dishes came out hot and in a reasonable time. Each dish was as good as I remembered except for the green beans with pork. They were a bit bland. They have also reduced the number of egg custard tarts in an order from 3 to 2, but I they are now slightly larger. Prices are fairly reasonable, but we spent almost $100 for two (very hungry) people before tip. My only complaint is that they bring all of the food in Styrofoam or plastic containers, I guess for sanitary reasons, but the amount of waste must be huge.

We decide to leave cash even though that was a very rude thing to ask. We put it on the on the table. He comes by and grabs thebill and looks at it within 2 seconds. He turns around and says where's the tip?? I would highly recommend staying away fromthis place. Clearly other people have complained about the customer service also.
