Visited this place after hectic beach day. Service was very friendly, they able to accommodate for group of 10 ppl quickly. I appreciate them for that. Tried Thai Curry (Felt over salty) and my fav Parmesan Garlic wings. For veggie lovers, they should try Black Bean burger. Didn?t like their Quesadilla, it was over grilled. View all feedback.
What Herta Jerde doesn't like about Buffalo Wild Wings:
I was planning to order some wings, but in the end it added about $11 to the bill. There was a $6 delivery fee, plus a $5 tip for the driver. While I don't mind tipping the driver, I was confused about the other delivery charges. The wings were already overpriced, and with the added charges, it felt like a rip off. 5 naked tenders with fries. Did not come with fries and apparently they can only count to 3 and a half, due to not having 5 naked tenders in the box and chicken still had pink in it. I called to complain, spoke to a very rude manager. Even though Iordered through uber eats he did not take any responsibility in the order being completely wrong. Was no help, very rude and Iwill be calling his boss and corporate.
The staff including the managers are racist. My friend made an order to pick up while he was inside waiting for his order to be complete, he expressed that he was frustrated because he was waiting for over a half hour for his food. They then told himthat they had canceled his order wanted him to leave the restaurant. He then expressed even more frustration to them becausethey refused to explain why they had canceled his order after he was waiting for so long why they were asking him to leave.They ended up calling the cops on him because he ?wouldn?t leave.? When really, he was just confused on why his food was takingso long why they had canceled the order on him. Disgusting service. Will never come here again. I couldn?t believe how theywere all speaking to him.
It's sad how lazy the work force has become. Closing time is 11pm but this location closes there dinning room at 10:30pm. We were basically told if you want to eat you'll have to take it home. The most aggravating part was being talked to from acrossthe room with loud music playing. I had to have a manager come out to I could actually have a conversation with someone. Firstand last time at this location. I've walked in to other locations a quarter till and gotten a seat, this was ridiculous. I hopethe food is better than the service.
Ordered after waiting about 15 minutes for our server to introduce himself after walking past us 3 times. Twice to the table directly across from us. First order came (a burger) and my wings were at least 15 to 20 minutes behind that. They remade mywife?s burger because she would have finished before I got my boneless wings. Server said one side of the kitchen is caught upand the other is slammed with wing orders. Ok? that?s odd. Commented regarding communication and coordination. I said themanager has some work to do only to be told the manager is new. We?ll, that shouldn?t matter, because they should be qualifiedfor the position. Training. Training. Training.
07/14/22 Ordered 20 wings, flats only, sauce on the side. Gave one star for getting sauce on the side right. Container is even marked correctly?but those are some drummy looking flats. Called the store at 6:33pm, pending refund. Stay tuned for an update.
