Blazing Bagels - Bellevue

Well selected menu and many vegan bagel options. I had the sun-dried tomato bag with the vegan cream cheese and it was great! I also have a whole bagel dog that was in order. the bagel dish was a bit hard to eat as if it were almost a bit stale. or perhaps not tormented enough, idk still not bad, though and great concept. I appreciate it with a vegan hot dog updated by previous review on 2022-03-22

Most bagels are vegan and labeled. there are many vegan options for filling and make sure that not the vegan cream cheese. it can be really busy here, but don't let it go!

This place was great, over a dozen different vegan bagels (including chocolate chip) clearly at the lower edge of the name marked, vegan cream cheese (also sold for taking home), and vegan bagel dogs! place was very clean, friendly staff, fair prices for the opposite.

Not everything was clearly marked (for me). they were really busy, so I felt hurried. when I asked if the desserts were vegan, she reacted with “I think so most of this shop is vegan” but when we said the dessert most, they had eggs or something else. yet there was no clearly labeled vegan. the vegan cream cheese was delicious, and they had coffee and offered vegetable milk. I have a vanilla soy latte and it was delicious.

This place is amazing, a lot of their bagels are vegan, they have vegan patties, vegan hotdog, vegan cream cheese (plain, not flavored) , vegan butter, and other toppings of course hummus, veggies etc) . They also have vegan gluten free cookies. But I didn’t try those
