He made a mistake, and I could see that he was shaken by the repercussions of his error.

Delivery was an hour late. I called and found out food still was siting in store. I asked for them to cancel the order and refund my money. At this request the... read more Delivery was an hour late. I called and found out food still was siting in store. I asked for them to cancel the order and refund my money. At this request the manger became hostile and insulted me, swore at me. I repeated the request to cancel/refund and the manager just kept yelling insults over me talking. During the insults she clearly stated i was not human and did not deserve to be treated as a human and i was to be treated poorly. Food arrived at my place an hour later. I did not eat it and put it trash. Would you eat food made by a person who said you were not human and deserved poor treatment? Contact KFC corporate about issue, over 2 weeks and no response. Skunks are primarily nocturnal, though, so if you're visiting in the daylight hours you shouldn't see them.
