White Castle - Belleville

Closed dining room, only open by car break, although I preordered by the app. that was a waste of time. the pommes were cold. they didn't put my chocolate brew in the bag I paid for. I didn't see through the bag before I left. I guess my expectations were too high. the chocolateshake was thin. I did it when I came home.

I normally don't rate fast food restaurants because I barely ever eat at them. I ordered at the drive thru around 10:45pm today, and she confirmed my order. There were 2 cars in line ahead of me which moved very quickly. The girl was very friendly and even asked me if I wanted condiments. It took a few moments, but my fish were hot and fresh and they were really good. I know my experience is how it should be every time, but with the amount of people who are unreasonably rude and disrespectful to fast food workers these days, along with the stories of how most of the workers simply don't care anymore, I think I just had low expectations to begin with.

Decent food for a decent price. Feed 4 people with left overs. Staff was polite and helpful. They were short staffed they only had one guy up front waiting on everyone. The best employee I've ever seen. He was working his butt off and still had a smile on his face. Service was still faster than most with only the one guy.

Literally the first time I've had White Castle in about 30 years. The double cheeseburger was awesome. The meat, the cheese the bun were all very good. The fries were meh. Very potato tasting and cooked well, just boring. I got the loaded fries and they were good, but too much ranch for me.

Went through the drive through at 2 am July 6And was told they were out of all product.So you’re telling me you sold out all day and are just now getting product. Stop lying and do your job
