Wendy's - Belleville

The kerl in register did not seem well trained. idk. could have been better. not the worst wendys, but also not the best.

Before the closure. gentleman said they were closed before the actual closing time. they are paid for the hours they work. not the amount of food they sell.

I'm not sure what has transpired, but this location is absolutely terrible. Went through the drive thru and ordered 3 combo meals and one extra burger. Got home and realized two of my items were missing. Went back to the location and had to go through the drive thru- the lobby is closed. No one offered apologizes, the girl at the window literally tossed my bag through my car window and then shut her window. I got home and discovered what she gave me was raw. I called the next day and the manager was downright hateful on the phone. Apparently it was my fault because I went when they are busy. I will never return.

Typically this is my Wendy’s and it’s usually just average but when I looked at my sandwich I thought it didn’t have lettuce of tomatoes but it was just hiding…

There website states they are open until 12:00am but the past three weeks I have driven by around 9:00pm and there are no lights on and no activity. The website needs to be changed. I have attempted to go to this location several times but one never knows when it will be open.
