The customer service is terrible! They are always rude except for a handful of people. The French Vanilla is always weak and when I come in for either another one or a refund, the manager and some of the staff has attitudes about it. The price went up but the quality went down. I came today and got the Peach Refresher and Hayden was so nice and helpful. I even got the app for the first time. Great Customer Service and excited to go back tomorrow! Parking: There is plenty of parking and they have parking in the front and along the side of the building. Kid-friendliness: They have some cute items for kids. Donut holes and other items. This is the perfect time to visit! The coffee is always hot, the food is consistently fresh, and my orders are always accurate. Plus, the line moves quickly, and the staff is always polite. They really know what they’re doing and have an efficient system in place. Great work, management—That's not something I can say everywhere!
