This line is always long, or they are always short staffed and not open.

There was a dead ant in my latte this morning. I've gone to this location routinely as it is a mile away from my home but I'm done now. This is revolting and I will be sending this to corporate

I tried a Greentea Matcha Latte with peppermint syrup. This will be my drink from now on

Why is this location always so inconsistent? Their hours online say 9:30 but if you come mid-day they’re closed with a sign that says “power out” when there’s clearly power in the store. Other times they are just not here during business hours and you wasted a trip for nothing. I just called and asked if they’re open passed 3 and the lady said yes although I just pulled into the drive through and there’s a sign that says “closing at 3” what is with these people? Get it together

I was going to try this location but I guess not. Mobile orders only and cannot get through the drive through. Go to order online, and cant place a mobile order.
