A bit pricey but very good food....31.00 for two sandwiches and 2 chips and two drinks....drinks are unlimited refills wit a large variety of choices....order at counter then wait for beeper to ring then pickup your food at kitchen counter....openkitchen so you can see meal preparation...very clean restaurant and restrooms...food was hot and delicious....employee Kris madeour experience here exceptional....watched he... What I Napper doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Today is 11/20 a Sunday night, I pull up to the Panera at 8:45pm they are suppose to close at 9pm. Get to the drive thru told only in person order goes inside then told the pos system is ? locked ? and no more orders can be taken. Lazy employeespreparing to take their own orders and not the paying customer. Sad View all feedback.
The cars in the drive-thru were moving smoothly. My breakfast sandwich was tasty and hot. Tiffany made the experience even better with her friendly and attentive manner. It was clear that she genuinely cared about my drive-thru experience.
The coffee at this Belleville location doesn't taste like coffee at all. I have been visiting this place sporadically for the past 3 years, but every time I order coffee here, it just doesn't taste good. It's not that the coffee is stale or of poor quality; I believe the issue lies in the brewing process. It seems like the person brewing the coffee is either missing steps or skipping them altogether. I have tried the Colombian, Light, and Hazelnut varieties, and the taste is consistently off. It seems like either not enough coffee grounds are being used, or possibly the coffee is being brewed with partially recycled grounds and the same filter from the previous batch. This location was actually the reason I decided to cancel my monthly coffee membership. I went in there today, 11/19/2022, to grab a cup of light roast to-go and ended up pouring it out. I found that gas station coffee is more enjoyable than what was served at this restaurant.
I recently experienced some minor issues with my order, which I believe were caused more by the DoorDash driver than the restaurant. However, my latest order arrived with my soup spilled and missing a 4-pack of cinnamon rolls. After contacting the restaurant, the manager was very understanding, promptly replaced my order, clarified the DoorDash situation, and delivered a hot, complete order with my cinnamon rolls in a timely manner.
