Will just chalk this up as a reminder of why I do not come to this KFC!After struggling to communicate with the young man on the speaker, he explains the difference between a meal and just chicken bucket. I answer “12 piece family meal” to which he asks what sides? I answer with my 3 sides.. he says we only have 1 of those available! Okay… well cancel that I have to feed 4 children at home after work. We go back and forth 3 or 4 times about the drink for the chicken sandwich meal.. I asked for “sprite” somehow he heard “orange shasta” from Sprite? I finally say “coke”.. we ended up driving away with Dr. Pepper!He tells me they have pot pies, so I say.. “let me get 4 pot pies” that will feed the kids! He says “I’m sorry, I only have 1”I don’t lose my stuff, I say we’ll take the chicken sandwich meal because, well they had that and I have 5 folks to feed!Needless to say we ended up eating Taco Bell next door! Do NOT go to this KFC! This location has been horrible for years! That was my last visit to store! I didn’t even want to give 1 star, they don’t deserve that!

I did a pickup order and everything was cold, there were 3 fries. Drink machine was broken and they wouldn 't refund me for it so they said we can give you a biscuit instead. They then proceeded to give me the worst piece of chicken known to man instead of a biscuit. Don 't go here.....
