For 3 of the $6 boxes we waited and had... read more Too many bad visits to not finally do a review. Used to LOVE this hardees but not the past few months. Came 2 weeks ago. For 3 of the $6 boxes we waited and had to pull up and wait more for total for 30 minutes from time at order screen. 3 other cars behind us were served and gone! Lady working at time had a nasty personality. Not friendly or personable. Then today we decided to order online thinking it will be smoother/quicker. Pushed the make my order option before even leaving the house to pick up. Get to store 10 mins later and they haven 't even started the order. Get home and our super star only has 1 patty instead of 2, the Angus burger has no onions and half a piece of cheese! Go back to have corrected. Should have checked before leaving because now the Angus burger has no ketchup/mustard. Our fridge had went out? hence us getting fast food so of course I don 't have the condiments at home! This particular location has just one down hill. Seems to be that whole area of fast food places! Bring back good customer service and decent quality food!!

The lady in drive thru was the rudest woman, shrugged her shoulders at me after waiting 25 minutes in a drive-thru and smirked very rude and tried to not only... read more The lady in drive thru was the rudest woman, shrugged her shoulders at me after waiting 25 minutes in a drive-thru and smirked very rude and tried to not only make me pay for a 25-minute melted shake, but you could see the sweat on the whipped topping in the window and the lady in front of me had large order so instead of pulling them up and letting me have a fresh shake, they sat and chilled while waiting for order to get done, then drive thru lady decides to also point at the car in front of me blaming them for the wait. WTH . I drove off I wasn't about to pay and take a melted shake, it's not just me she doesn't care about service, obviously drive-thru woman doesn't care if she wastes company money. She just shrugged her gosh darn shoulders and hands at me

I do love the Frisco burger. For fast food it's one of the better ones. We joke this location must be laundering money for a crime syndicate cause there is never a line and we usually have our food in a decent amount of time. Not sure how it stays in business, but glad its an option. The service can be spotty. They sound mad when I mention their military discount. It used to be free fries and a drink. Now it's just a drink, relax. Getting out of the location is really the biggest hassle. To take a left turn you almost always have to punch it and dodge traffic.
