I work locally. Frade's deli is the best. If something is not on the menu, not a problem. They will make it for you. I am a very picky eater. The Escarole and Bean Soup is the absolute best. The crab cakes are to die for!!!!! Everything is home made and absolutely delicious. Plus, the owners and staff are genuinely nice people that get an A+ in Customer service. I love this place!!!! The new owners of this restaurant are truly awful. They are very rude to their customers, and I am relieved that I quit my job there. Their behavior is embarrassing and it is shocking how they run a business. They are constantly yelling and speaking ill of their customers, which is completely unacceptable. View all feedback.
