We stopped at this restaurant at 10:38pm after getting off a plane on our way home. There were only 2 workers' cars in the parking lot and no customers. The emp... read more We stopped at this restaurant at 10:38pm after getting off a plane on our way home. There were only 2 workers' cars in the parking lot and no customers. The employee taking our order seemed annoyed that we came in so close to closing time, which was only 22 minutes away. However, we had a long drive ahead of us and needed dinner. Four more cars pulled up behind us, but by 10:53pm, we still hadn't received our food. Another car that arrived after us had already been served. We ordered two meals and this Culver's experience was far from the norm. There was no kindness at the window, and it was not the fast food experience we were expecting with no one else in line when we arrived. It seemed like everything had been shut down already, as if they weren't expecting any more customers. I have never had this kind of experience working in fast food. If you close at 11pm, you should be prepared to serve customers until then. Finally, the car behind us received their food at 10:55pm. Great job, Culver's.

Idk... read more Every time I go here, it’s always subpar to other Culver’s and they NEVER know how to make shakes the right way. Food is always worse than the other places. Idk if I it’s mismanagement or terrible workers but I would not recommend this place. It’s a shame because I really like Culvers. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner
