Every time I go here, it’s always subpar to other Culver’s and they NEVER know how to make shakes the right way. Food is always worse than the other places. Idk if I it’s mismanagement or terrible workers but I would not recommend this place. It’s a shame because I really like Culvers. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner

Ordered a harvest veggie burger and it arrived burnt. The bread and the patty were both burnt so bad that I had to throw away my dinner. So disappointed. Service absolutely horrible very unprofessional. I placed an online order a text and let them know that I was there a total of 30 minutes passed by before I had to go inside and ask my food and what was the excuse. Oh looks like the server forgot to bring out. He wasn’t even going to say anything until I said oh well I’m going to be contacting corporate then he tried to speak up and say oh I was going to ask you did you want anything for it? Absolutely not it’s a shame that I will no longer be going to this one. This is my local one, but instead, I will be driving to Canton and give them my business.
