However, one employee stood out in a negative way - Keela. It seemed like she had no interest in assisting customers or engaging in conversation. Her attitude came across as dismissive, and she appeared irritated if anyone tried to ask her questions. It might be beneficial for her to receive additional customer service training before working in a job that requires interaction with customers.
