Burger King - Belleville

They were literally the only fast food restaurant still open at 16:00 during the freezing period from early February 2022. We had to wait a while, but the order was cooked to order, fresh from the grill. Exceptional large customer service friendly demeanor under austere conditions.

I frequent this Burger King less than I do most places in the area. My go to sandwich is the Original Chicken Sandwich, as I don’t find the burgers to my liking. Seems my orders are tossed in a bag carelessly and not well wrapped. Employees are nice enough but not genuinely pleasant like other fast food I frequent often.

This burger king has disappointed me multiple times. I've went here at different times of the day, waiting weeks in between and every time they do not have the cha-king. I'm fine with them not having it, if you are not going to be making the sandwich any longer at least set an expectation for customers and have signs or remove it from the menu so people know.

Devin, who took our order, was full of enthusiasm. This is a first one for this place, as they usually seem crazy. The food was right. A good setting makes the service worth it.

Always happy, respectful, pleasant staff. Orders are always on point, hot n tasty. I can't say we had a bad visit to this particular one. My order is always finished with a smile
