Unfortunately, the Baconator that was supposed to be without condiments came with them, while the other was made without condiments. We explained our order three times, yet both sandwiches were incorrect, and they also forgot the Frosty.

When it was my turn, I tried to order a salad, but after waiting f... read more I was second in line at the drive-thru, and the car in front of me ordered and moved forward. When it was my turn, I tried to order a salad, but after waiting for about 10 minutes, I was told they were out. It wasn't even 8 PM yet. I had called ahead to confirm they had salad, and was assured they had plenty. It's frustrating that a company would tell a customer the item is available, only for you to arrive minutes later and be told it’s been out for hours. Ridiculous. So, I ended up going to Hungry Howie's, where they made me a fresh salad and I was in and out in under six minutes.

Tonight, he was excited to try the pretzel bacon pub burger, but it was terrible—full of cheese and beer cheese sauce, both of which I specifically asked to be removed. My Asiago chicken sandwich was spicy, even though I didn't order it that way or want it spicy. I paid for bottled water but received cups of water instead. I've had many bad experiences at this Wendy’s, but this one was by far the worst.
