Hardee’s - Belleview

I cannot talk better about this restaurant. The food is good of course but the employees are why I keep coming back. They are so nice and friendly!

For one, service is awful. went up to the drive thru speaker and the woman taking the order yelling and sounding angry through the speaker. intended order was 2 biscuits and gravy, two jelly biscuits, bacon egg and cheese biscuit and a bottled water. pull up to the window pay for the the food and than i look at the receipt and they never added the two biscuits and gravy (which mind you was the first thing to be ordered). i work the restaurant industry so i won’t have been bothered if the mistake was corrected or a comprisable solution was giving. instead we heard the woman taking our order shouting out the “order” she heard and implied that we either were lying about the order or we just we just to add something to our order. no solution was giving instead we received a “youll have to go around again to order” while we were still at the window. all and all it was mostly how they chose to handle the issue which was really upsetting.

I had the new Philly Cheesecake Angus Burger. Pretty good.

Evan was absolutely amazing, excellent service, great interaction. Whoever was also working the shift seems as though they do not enjoy what they do (older gentleman).

Wonderful place to eat and the employees are super nice and attentive.My new fave place.
